Why Us?

Our knowledge of the criminal justice system and the policies and procedures of the Bureau of Prisons makes us uniquely qualified to help anyone going through any part of the criminal process. All of the people we work with have been through it and are very familiar with how it works.

Over the past two decades, we have worked with hundreds of clients. We have extensive experience in the area of BOP policy, administrative remedies, FSA credit issues, criminal law, appeals, restitution, forfeiture issues, inmate disciplinary matters, the return of seized property, 2255 and 2241 motions, clemencies and pardons, early release from supervised release and almost anything else related to being incarcerated.

We have also spent years working with people who were going through the system to help them minimize their exposure and mitigate their sentence from the time of their indictment until their trial, exoneration or plea.

We work in tandem with our clients, their lawyers, and their families throughout the entire process to mitigate their situation in any way possible. The entire focus is to minimize or eliminate the amount of time one spends in custody.

Simply put, our goal is to minimize the damage which can be caused by the criminal justice system and maximize every single opportunity for the mitigation and reduction of your sentence.
